The X-A04 adjustable master link integrates the shortening clutch and the master link and is intended for single-leg chain slings. It covers working load limits (WLL) of 1.4–10 tonnes, for Grade 100 chain of 6–16 mm, and shortening the chain does not reduce the WLL. It is made of quenched and tempered alloy steel, in accordance with EN 1677 and ASTM A952/A952M, with a design factor of 4:1; the X-A05 and X-A06 are the versions for 2 and 4 legs.
