The X-041 eye grab hook is used with Grade 100 chain of 6–32 mm and covers working load limits (WLL) of 1.4–40 tonnes, i.e. the full range; the X-0411 version stops at 13 mm chain. The supporting wings prevent chain link deformation and allow full WLL in use; the hook is not for use with an Omega link. It is made of quenched and tempered alloy steel, in accordance with DIN 5692, EN 1677-1 and ASTM A952/A952M, with a design factor of 4:1 and DGUV GS-OA-15-05 certification.

  • Certified by DGUV GS-OA-15-05.
  • Proof load tested at 2.5 times the WLL, with certification for each batch manufactured.
  • Design factor 4:1.
  • Fatigue rated to 20,000 cycles at 1.5 times the WLL.
  • Tempering temperature minimum 400°C.
  • Not for use with Omega Link.
  • Enables full WLL while in use, thanks to supporting wings which prevent chain link deformation.
