The YOKE Super Point 8-251 swivel lifting point pivots to 230° and rotates through 360°, thanks to its ball bearing design. It is made of quenched and tempered forged alloy steel, tested in accordance with EN 1677-1 and EN 1677-4 and certified by DGUV GS-OA-15-04. The yellow marking on both sides allows the wear stage at which the part must be taken out of service to be determined. The metric version is 8-251; an imperial version, 8-252, is also available.

Features

  • Pivots to 230° and rotates through 360° due to its unique ball bearing design.
  • Manufactured from forged alloy steel, quenched and tempered.
  • Tested in accordance with EN 1677-1 and EN 1677-4.
  • Certified by DGUV GS-OA-15-04.
  • Load rated parts are 100% magnaflux crack detected.
  • Individual forged parts and Traceability Code link to the Test Certificate sheet.
  • Bolts are metric thread.
  • Proof tested to 2.5 times the WLL.
  • Fatigue rated to 20,000 cycles at 1.5 times the WLL.
  • All YOKE lifting points meet or exceed all the requirements of ASME B30.26.
  • Easy to attach or dismantle due to the forged hexagon-shaped body.
  • Capable of rotating under load. Do not turn continuously in the 90-degree direction at full load.
  • With the new WLL tables the right Super Point for the application can be selected; the yellow marking on both sides shows the wear stage at which the Super Point must be taken out of service.
