The X-027 swivel self locking hook is the version without a bearing and covers working load limits (WLL) of 1.4–26.5 tonnes, for Grade 100 chain; the version with a ball bearing, which can swivel fully under load, is the X-027N. It is made of quenched and tempered alloy steel, in accordance with EN 1677-3, ASME B30.26, ASME B30.10 and PAS 1061, with a design factor of 4:1 and DGUV GS-OA-15-05 certification. Each batch is proof load tested at 2.5 times the WLL and inspected 100% by magnetic particle (Magnaflux) crack detection.

  • Manufactured in accordance with EN 1677-3, ASME B30.26, ASME B30.10 and PAS 1061.
  • Certified by DGUV GS-OA-15-05.
  • Proof load tested at 2.5 times the WLL, with certification for each batch manufactured.
  • Design factor 4:1.
  • Fatigue rated to 20,000 cycles at 1.5 times the WLL.
  • Tempering temperature minimum 400°C.
  • Magnaflux crack detection is performed 100% on each batch.
