The X-003 forged oblong master link is designed for chain, wire rope and webbing slings with 1–2 legs. It is made of quenched and tempered alloy steel, in accordance with ASTM A952/A952M, ASME B30.9, ASME B30.26, EN 1677-4 and OSHA 1910.184, with a design factor of 4:1. It covers working load limits (WLL) of 1.4–39.9 tonnes at a β angle of 0–45°, for Grade 100 chain of 6–32 mm; each link is marked with a batch number, with full traceability to raw materials.

Features

  • Quenched and tempered alloy steel.
  • At least 25% greater WLL than traditional G80 products.
  • Manufactured in accordance with ASTM A952/A952M, ASME B30.9, ASME B30.26, EN 1677-4 and OSHA 1910.184.
  • Proof load tested at 2.5 times the WLL, with certification for each batch manufactured.
  • Design factor 4:1.
  • Fatigue rated to 20,000 cycles at 1.5 times the WLL.
  • Tempering temperature minimum 400°C.
  • Designed for 1-2 legs chain, wire rope and webbing slings.
  • Each product is marked with a batch number that links to the test certificate, with full traceability to raw materials.
