The X-006 assembly combines a welded master link with two secondary links (for example BD-19 with 2 × DD-13) and is used with chain, wire rope and webbing slings with 3–4 legs. It is made of quenched and tempered alloy steel, in accordance with ASTM A952/A952M, ASME B30.9, ASME B30.26, EN 1677-4 and OSHA 1910.184, with a design factor of 4:1. It covers working load limits (WLL) of 4.2–40 tonnes at a β angle of 0–45°, for Grade 100 chain of 6–22 mm; the X-007 version has a design factor of 5:1 and DGUV certification.

Features

  • At least 25% greater WLL than traditional G80 products.
  • Manufactured in accordance with ASTM A952/A952M, ASME B30.9, ASME B30.26, EN 1677-4 and OSHA 1910.184.
  • Proof load tested at 2.5 times the WLL, with certification for each batch manufactured.
  • Design factor 4:1.
  • Fatigue rated to 20,000 cycles at 1.5 times the WLL.
  • Tempering temperature minimum 400°C.
  • Welded master link designed for 3-4 legs chain, wire rope and webbing slings.
  • Each product is marked with a batch number that links to the test certificate, with full traceability to raw materials.
