The X-027N swivel self locking hook has a ball bearing that enables full swivel under load and is used with Grade 100 chain of 6–26 mm, with working load limits (WLL) of 1.4–26.5 tonnes; the version without a bearing is the X-027. It is made of quenched and tempered alloy steel, in accordance with EN 1677-3, ASME B30.26, ASME B30.10 and PAS 1061, with a design factor of 4:1 and DGUV GS-OA-15-05 certification. Each batch is inspected 100% by magnetic particle (Magnaflux) crack detection, and the products are marked with a batch number, with full traceability to raw materials.

Features

  • At least 25% greater WLL than traditional G80 products.
  • Manufactured in accordance with EN 1677-3, ASME B30.26, ASME B30.10 and PAS 1061.
  • Certified by DGUV GS-OA-15-05.
  • Proof load tested at 2.5 times the WLL, with certification for each batch manufactured.
  • Design factor 4:1.
  • Fatigue rated to 20,000 cycles at 1.5 times the WLL.
  • Tempering temperature minimum 400°C.
  • Magnaflux crack detection is performed 100% on each batch.
  • Built with ball bearing and enables full swivel feature under load.
  • Each product is marked with a batch number that links to the test certificate, with full traceability to raw materials.
