The X-015 connecting link is used to join chains and can be used with both Grade 100 and Grade 80 chain. It is made of quenched and tempered alloy steel, in accordance with EN 1677-1 and ASTM A952/A952M, with a design factor of 4:1 and DGUV GS-HM-37 certification. It covers working load limits (WLL) of 1.4–40 tonnes, for chain of 6–32 mm, and each link is marked with a batch number, with full traceability to raw materials.

Features

  • Quenched and tempered alloy steel.
  • At least 25% greater WLL than traditional G80 products.
  • Manufactured in accordance with EN 1677-1 and ASTM A952/A952M.
  • Certified by DGUV GS-HM-37.
  • Proof load tested at 2.5 times the WLL, with certification for each batch manufactured.
  • Design factor 4:1.
  • Fatigue rated to 20,000 cycles at 1.5 times the WLL.
  • Suitable for use with both Grade 80 and Grade 100 chain.
  • Each product is marked with a batch number that links to the test certificate, with full traceability to raw materials.
