The 8-911 anchor shackle is designed specifically for ROV (remotely operated vehicle) applications. It is made of forged, quenched and tempered alloy steel and is individually stamped with the working load limit (WLL). It covers working load limits of 6.5–35 tonnes, in sizes given in inches, and the shackle bow is painted yellow for good visibility under water.
