The YOKE 8-175 swivel hoist hook is made of quenched and tempered alloy steel. Warning: this hook is a positioning device and is not intended to rotate under load; for swivel hooks designed to rotate under load, use model 8-175N. Each batch is proof load tested at 2 times the 5:1 WLL with certification and 100% magnaflux crack detected. The hook is predrilled to accept a YOKE latch kit.
