The X-175N swivel bearing hook has a ball bearing that enables full swivel under load and is used with Grade 100 chain of 5–32 mm, with working load limits (WLL) of 1–40 tonnes; the version without a bearing is the X-175. It is made of quenched and tempered alloy steel, in accordance with EN 1677-2 and ASME B30.26, with a design factor of 4:1. Each batch is proof load tested at 2.5 times the WLL and inspected 100% by magnetic particle (Magnaflux) crack detection.

  • Tempering temperature minimum 400°C.
