It is made of quenched and tempered alloy steel, in accordance with ASTM A952\/A952M, ASME B30.9, ASME B30.26, EN 1677-4 and OSHA 1910.184, with a design factor of 4:1. It covers working load limits (WLL) of 1.4\u201339.9 tonnes at a \u03b2 angle of 0\u201345\u00b0, for Grade 100 chain of 6\u201332 mm; each link is marked with a batch number, with full traceability to raw materials.<\/p>\n<h3>Features<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Quenched and tempered alloy steel.<\/li>\n<li>At least 25% greater WLL than traditional G80 products.<\/li>\n<li>Manufactured in accordance with ASTM A952\/A952M, ASME B30.9, ASME B30.26, EN 1677-4 and OSHA 1910.184.<\/li>\n<li>Proof load tested at 2.5 times the WLL, with certification for each batch manufactured.<\/li>\n<li>Design factor 4:1.<\/li>\n<li>Fatigue rated to 20,000 cycles at 1.5 times the WLL.<\/li>\n<li>Tempering temperature minimum 400\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Designed for 1-2 legs chain, wire rope and webbing slings.<\/li>\n<li>Each product is marked with a batch number that links to the test certificate, with full traceability to raw materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>ELCAR is the official YOKE representative in Romania.
