It is made of quenched and tempered forged alloy steel, tested in accordance with EN 1677-1 and EN 1677-4 and certified by DGUV GS-OA-15-04. The yellow marking on both sides allows the wear stage at which the part must be taken out of service to be determined. The metric version is 8-251; an imperial version, 8-252, is also available.<\/p>\n<h3>Features<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Pivots to 230\u00b0 and rotates through 360\u00b0 due to its unique ball bearing design.<\/li>\n<li>Manufactured from forged alloy steel, quenched and tempered.<\/li>\n<li>Tested in accordance with EN 1677-1 and EN 1677-4.<\/li>\n<li>Certified by DGUV GS-OA-15-04.<\/li>\n<li>Load rated parts are 100% magnaflux crack detected.<\/li>\n<li>Individual forged parts and Traceability Code link to the Test Certificate sheet.<\/li>\n<li>Bolts are metric thread.<\/li>\n<li>Proof tested to 2.5 times the WLL.<\/li>\n<li>Fatigue rated to 20,000 cycles at 1.5 times the WLL.<\/li>\n<li>All YOKE lifting points meet or exceed all the requirements of ASME B30.26.<\/li>\n<li>Easy to attach or dismantle due to the forged hexagon-shaped body.<\/li>\n<li>Capable of rotating under load. Do not turn continuously in the 90-degree direction at full load.<\/li>\n<li>With the new WLL tables the right Super Point for the application can be selected; the yellow marking on both sides shows the wear stage at which the Super Point must be taken out of service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>ELCAR is the official YOKE representative in Romania.
